SMS Offers Terms

These terms cover promotional and special-offer text messages from Heads Up Hair Design. This program is separate from appointment reminders, which have their own SMS Terms of Service.

1. Program description

Heads Up Hair Design LLC sends promotions, discounts and salon news by text message (SMS) to people who signed up by checking the promotions box. It is optional and separate from appointment reminders: you can have one, the other, both or neither.

2. Message frequency

Up to 4 messages per month. We do not text between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM Eastern Time.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Heads Up Hair Design does not charge you for these messages.

4. How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any promotional message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one confirmation message. You can also opt out by calling (703) 533-1740 or emailing jessiecor.26@gmail.com.

Opting out of promotions does not affect your appointments, the service you receive at the salon, or your appointment reminders if you have them turned on.

6. Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not need to sign up to book, buy or receive any service. Offers we announce by text are also posted at the salon or on this website.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
