SMS Terms of Service

These terms cover the appointment reminder text messages we send to clients who book a service with Heads Up Hair Design.

1. Program description

Heads Up Hair Design LLC sends appointment reminder text messages (SMS) to clients who have booked a service with us and have agreed to receive them. This is a service program, not a marketing program.

2. Message frequency

Up to two messages per booked appointment: one approximately 24 hours before your appointment and one approximately 1 hour before. If you do not have an appointment booked, you will not receive messages.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Heads Up Hair Design does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

4. How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. You can also opt out by calling the salon at (703) 533-1740 or emailing jessiecor.26@gmail.com.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your appointment or the service you receive at the salon — we will simply stop sending reminders.

5. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, call us at (703) 533-1740, or email jessiecor.26@gmail.com.

6. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to contact you about your appointment.
